Finally at the cinema the long-awaited "Spicy Calabria", a documentary film produced by Oplus Europe and RS Productions on the history of chilli pepper in Calabria

 

From 26 to 28 July the long-awaited "Spicy Calabria" will be in theaters, a documentary film produced by Oplus Europe and Rs Productions on the history of chilli pepper in Calabria.

 

Spicy as a common thread through which to tell a unique region. Directed by Giacomo Arrigoni, the protagonist Esmeralda Spadea will undertake a solo journey that will lead her to discover the region and another way of life.

The documentary highlights all the major Calabrian excellences related to spiciness thanks to the contribution of exceptional personalities and institutions, such as the Chili Pepper Academy. But Calabria is not just spicy and the film is an opportunity to raise awareness of breathtaking views, magical villages and the best of local know-how in Italy and abroad.

“Spicy Calabria” was presented at the Ischia Global Fest on July 22nd and was received with great enthusiasm by the public.
